Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of the QriTab service provided by Senburc Software Technologies. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Parties and Acceptance
These terms form the agreement between Senburc Software Technologies ("QriTab") and the business that registers for the service ("User"). By creating an account, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
2. Definitions
Service: the QriTab platform, including the QR menu, table-side ordering, waiter/bill calls, payments and the management dashboard. User: the registered restaurant/business. End user: the customer who uses the User’s QR menu.
3. Account and Eligibility
To use the service you must create an account with accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity that takes place under it.
4. Subscription, Fees and Payment
The service is offered on a monthly or yearly subscription according to the plan you choose. Published prices include VAT. Payments are processed through the iyzico infrastructure, and your subscription renews at the end of each period unless cancelled.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable law.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, in a way that infringes the rights of third parties, or in a manner that jeopardises the security or operation of the system. Breach of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.
7. User Responsibilities
The accuracy of menu, product, price, image and stock information, and the compliance of the content and products offered to end users with applicable law, are solely the User’s responsibility. QriTab is not a party to the relationship between the business and its end users.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights in the QriTab brand, software and components belong to QriTab. The User retains rights in the content it uploads and warrants that it has the necessary rights to publish that content.
9. Availability and Disclaimer
We strive to provide the service without interruption, but temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, updates or causes beyond our control. The service is provided "as is", without express or implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, QriTab is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. In any case, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in the event of a material breach of these terms. Retention of data after termination is subject to our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Türkiye) shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
13. Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is published on this page and takes effect on the date of publication.
